  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
